Snehil Basoya
Snehil Basoya is a trainer and psychodrama group practitioner based in Bengaluru. After graduating from IIM Ahmedabad and spending a decade working closely with startup founders at IIMA Ventures, he shifted his career to focus on leadership development and psychodrama-based coaching. He works with theatre-based methods to create experiential spaces for transformational change and self-exploration for individuals and organisations. He is also a theatre actor and director with 100+ performances, and an Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner.

Somya Tewari
Having spearheaded innovative campaigns at organizations like Britannia, GAIN and Marico for about a decade, Somya pivoted to a career of art and theatre with a focus on personal and group based transformation. She is a certified movement therapy facilitator, trained in bringing mental, physical, and emotional change through movement, art, journaling, and embodied practices. Based in Bangalore, she is also a seasoned performer, theatre artist, poet and painter with over 60+ performances.
